20 years of experience from developer to CIO
Beginning. I have been in IT since 2005. PhD in Engineering Sciences. I started as a developer while simultaneously defending my doctoral dissertation. I quickly transitioned to project and team management, combining technical expertise with business thinking.
Management experience. Over 15 years in leadership positions (CIO/CTO). Key achievements: modernization of the Nizhny Novgorod Metro (savings of 250M+ ₽), building a federal vending network (150 machines across 5 regions), implementing AI-powered pricing for a hotel chain (+18% RevPAR), creating an NLP-based speech analytics system (87% reduction in quality control time).
Education. In 2024, I enrolled in the MIPT (Phystech) Master's program — Graduate School of Management and Innovation, specializing in Digital Product Management. Studies through 2026. Additionally completed courses in advanced machine learning methods, product management, and AI development.
Currently. I work as a freelance CIO/CTO on demand and Fullstack Developer. I help businesses with IT strategy, design and develop turnkey products: web applications, mobile applications, Telegram bots and Mini Apps, AI/ML solutions, FinTech platforms. All projects are under contract with NDA, with transparent reporting.
